MENTAL TOUGHNESS

The test of Mental Skills of Successful Athletes is administered to each athlete in order to assess his current proficiency in each of nine skills. The subject’s response is to allow formulation of an accurate, individualized, intervention plan to design Individual mental skills training sessions . Sometimes this will require the participation of the individual’s coach. At the conclusion of the mental skills training sessions, the iathlete will be reassessed to determine success level attained.
